The interviewer will afterwards present back to the interviewee what they learned and heard and share how they got inspired from them (both from what was being said and implied in the interview). Stavite se u cipele svog sugovornika. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Pristupite svom generativnom slu\u0161anju: Poku\u0161ajte se usredoto\u010diti na najbolju budu\u0107u mogu\u0107nost za svog sugovornika i trenutnu situaciju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne prekidajte. Postavljajte pitanja spontano. Uvijek slobodno odstupite od navedenih pitanja ako vam se pojave druga pitanja.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Iskoristite mo\u0107 prisutnosti i ti\u0161ine: Poku\u0161ajte ne prekidati trenutke ti\u0161ine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vodi\u010d za ulogu anketara:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Potaknite anketare da duboko slu\u0161aju i omogu\u0107e ispitanicima da razgovaraju i razmi\u0161ljaju bez prekida. Ti\u0161ina je jedan od najboljih alata u intervjuu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Budite velikodu\u0161ni sa svojim zahvalnim povratnim informacijama sugovorniku. To mo\u017ee biti ranjivo iskustvo za intervjuiranje i koje treba nai\u0107i na otvoreno srce i spremnost da se u\u010di od anketara. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anketar mo\u017ee voditi bilje\u0161ke tijekom intervjua &#8211; bilo pomo\u0107u teksta ili simbola koji ih podr\u017eavaju u odra\u017eavanju sugovornika nakon toga. Uzimanje bilje\u0161ki trebalo bi ih podr\u017eati u tome, ali nije obvezno. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vodi\u010d za ulogu sugovornika:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Potaknite sugovornike da razmisle o svom osobnom iskustvu s temom i\/ili vezi s njom.
