Intervieweren vil bagefter reflektere tilbage til personen, der blev interviewet, hvad de l\u00e6rte og h\u00f8rte, og dele, hvordan de blev inspireret af dem (b\u00e5de fra hvad der blev sagt og antydet i interviewet). De vil pr\u00f8ve begge runder, s\u00e5 r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lgen er ikke vigtig. Alternativt kan du lade eleverne bestemme deres egen positionering. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Underst\u00f8ttende principper:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspender din &#8220;d\u00f8mmende stemme&#8221;: se p\u00e5 situationen gennem den interviewedes \u00f8jne; D\u00f8m ikke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e5 adgang til din uvidenhed: N\u00e5r samtalen udfolder sig, skal du v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 og stole p\u00e5 de sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, der opst\u00e5r for dig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e5 adgang til din anerkendende lytning: Fors\u00f8g dig p\u00e5 at v\u00e6rds\u00e6tte og nyde den historie, du h\u00f8rer udfolde sig. S\u00e6t dig selv i din interviewpersons sted. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> F\u00e5 adgang til din generative lytning: Pr\u00f8v at fokusere p\u00e5 den bedste fremtidige mulighed for din interviewperson og den aktuelle situation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e5 med str\u00f8mmen: Afbryd ikke. Stil spontane sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Du er altid velkommen til at afvige fra dine anf\u00f8rte sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, hvis andre sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l opst\u00e5r for dig.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Udnyt kraften i n\u00e6rv\u00e6r og stilhed: Pr\u00f8v ikke at afbryde \u00f8jeblikke af stilhed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Guide til rollen som interviewer:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tilskynd interviewerne til at lytte dybt og lad interviewpersonerne tale og reflektere uafbrudt. Stilhed er et af de bedste v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer i interviewet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e6r gener\u00f8s med din anerkendende feedback til interviewpersonen. Det kan v\u00e6re en s\u00e5rbar oplevelse at blive interviewet, og det skal m\u00f8des med et \u00e5bent hjerte og vilje til at l\u00e6re af intervieweren. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intervieweren kan tage noter under interviewet &#8211; enten ved hj\u00e6lp af tekst eller symboler, der underst\u00f8tter dem i at reflektere tilbage til interviewpersonen bagefter. Notetagning b\u00f8r st\u00f8tte dem i at g\u00f8re dette, men er ikke obligatorisk. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Guide til den interviewedes rolle:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tilskynd interviewpersonerne til at reflektere over deres personlige erfaringer med og\/eller relation til emnet.
